As a Quality Engineer, you’ll work closely with software engineers and Product throughout the development lifecycle—from understanding new features and identifying risks early to validating releases before they reach production.
This isn’t a role where QA happens only at the end of development. You’ll help us build quality into the way we design, develop, test and release software.
You’ll combine exploratory and structured testing with automation where it creates the most value, helping us continuously improve the reliability, performance and usability of our platform.
Because you’ll be our first dedicated Quality Engineer, you’ll also have the opportunity to shape our QA strategy, tools and processes as both the engineering team and product grow.
Your Responsibilities
We’re looking for a curious, analytical and collaborative engineer who enjoys finding the edge cases others may miss and thinking about software from the user’s perspective.
You care deeply about quality, but you’re also pragmatic. You understand that good QA is not about adding process for its own sake—it’s about identifying risk early, improving confidence in releases and helping the team build better software faster.
You enjoy working closely with developers rather than operating as a separate testing function, and you’re comfortable taking ownership of an area that is still evolving.
You don’t need experience with every technology in our stack. What matters more is strong testing fundamentals, technical curiosity and the ability to help establish effective quality practices as we scale.
