As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of customers, product and engineering, helping identify opportunities, define product direction and translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
You’ll work closely with customers, developers, QA and internal stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle, from early discovery and solution design to development, release and customer feedback.
This is a hands-on and highly collaborative role. Depending on where your expertise can have the greatest impact, you might be working with customers to understand new requirements, defining and prioritising product features, participating in technical discussions with engineering, or analysing product usage and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
We value people who are technically curious, structured and pragmatic, who enjoy solving complex problems and can move confidently between customer needs, business priorities and technical discussions.
We’re looking for a curious, driven and collaborative Technical Product Manager who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, customers and business.
You enjoy understanding complex problems and turning them into clear, actionable product requirements. You’re comfortable working directly with customers to understand their needs while also engaging with engineers on technical solutions, architecture, APIs and integrations.
You don’t need to be a software developer, but you should be technically curious and comfortable going deep enough into technical discussions to understand trade-offs and help the team make strong product decisions.
What matters most is your ability to understand complex needs, structure problems, communicate clearly and take ownership from discovery through delivery.
